 Q2) How many items can I send to Korea at a time?

• Heath supplements: up to 6 items to South Korea at a time.
• Honey Product: up to 5kg at a time.
• Cosmetics and etc: up to 12 items at a time.

Q3) How long it takes delivery time?

All parcels are shipped out 3 times a week, you can get 4~7 working days. (It could take 3-4 days if customs clearance and import duty check may cause delays)

Q4) What information do you need?

All Korean Customers need to provide their Korean phone number and Personal Customs Clearance Code (개인통관 고유부호) *You can get this from https://unipass.customs.go.kr/csp/persIndex.do

Available product lines, shipping rates, and fees may vary depending on the delivery country and address. We offer Expedited Shipping services such as DHL Express, FedEx Express & USPS Priority Express Mail at special discounted shipping rates. The delivery time varies by the Postal Service, Destination country's Postal Service, and Customs clearance procedures. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery time. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If you have any questions regarding the shipping charges & customs duties, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping & Handling Time / Estimated Delivery Time

• Our Shipping & Handling Time for most items is 1-3 days. In case we are unable to ship the items within 3 business days, we will notify you of the shipping status immediately.
• Standard Shipping: 14-21 days (It could take 4-8 weeks if customs clearance and import duty check caused delays)
• Expedited Shipping 10-15 days (It could take 3-4 weeks if customs clearance and import duty check caused delays)
• Express Shipping 5-10 days (It could take 2-3 weeks if customs clearance and import duty check caused delays)

If there is a severe weather condition, the shipping & delivery time could be varied depending on the status of the weather condition.
