Products and Orders

All our products are authentic.
We do not provide specific instructions on how to manage or use the product as we are not aware of the customer's medical history and health condition. We strongly recommend that these products be used only by licensed professionals who have been trained and experienced with these products. We are not responsible for any negative effects resulting from improper use of these products.
Orders may experience delays due to various reasons such as insufficient stock, unknown shipping address, unconfirmed payment, response delays, and more. Please contact the manager by email or WhatsApp and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
Cancellation or modification is only possible before product dispatch. Once the product has been dispatched, orders cannot be canceled or changed. You can request a return after receiving the product. Logistics costs for shipping and returning products are not refundable, and depending on the payment method, a refund may incur a fee. For more information, please visit our Customer Service Center. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact the manager via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping and Delivery

All shipments of EVIE PHARM products are dispatched from South Korea. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination country but typically take approximately 3-10 business days. This timeframe is based on International Courier, EMS, DHL, FEDEX, or similar services, and may be subject to change depending on the logistics situation in the destination country. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political situations, or customs delays are not included in this estimate.
Yes, we do. All our items will be shipped by major carriers and the tracking numbers will be issued. You may find the tracking numbers under the order history on your account page.
If there are no tracking numbers on your order history on the account page, please contact us immediately. If you have a tracking number but the tracking information is not showing or not updating, it could be due to the carrier's delivery procedure system error. You may contact the carrier's customer support or our support team to assist you regarding your order and delivery status.
The shipping cost is different by the products, order weight, order amount, and order quantity. The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. However, we occasionally offer free shipping for promotional items and events. Please sign up for our Newsletter to receive offers, discount coupons, and free shipping events.
Among EVIE PHARM's products, medical-related items are subject to different taxation and customs standards according to the destination country's medical laws. When importing medical-related products from companies without a medical specialty license, there may be customs issues. EVIE PHARM does not directly intervene in the destination country's customs process. If the product is returned, we can resend the returned product (additional shipping costs will incur) or refund it excluding shipping costs. The refund process begins with the arrival of the returned product at our company, and if there are no issues with the product, a refund will be provided. EVIE PHARM does not take responsibility for products seized or destroyed by customs. (If possible, please return the product.)
